Ventuno Restolounge - Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
1. The Ventuno Loyalty Card Program is operated by Ventuno Ltd. By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Program is only valid at Ventuno Restolounge, Marfa Road, Mellieha Bay.
How do I participate in the Loyalty Card Program?
3. All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Card after dining at Ventuno Restolounge.
4. Activate your Loyalty Card by visiting www.ventuno.com.mt/loyaltycard
5. Only bills of over €50 will get one (1) stamp, per €50 spent. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases. Anything less than €50 will not be counted.
6. The bill must be contain food purchases. A drinks only bill does not qualify for a stamp.
7. Only valid Ventuno stamps will be accepted. No other forms of Loyalty Points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.
How do I redeem my Rewards?
8. In order to redeem your stamps for the €50 voucher, you must present a valid Loyalty Card at Ventuno Restolounge.
9. All receipts corresponding the stamps must be kept and presented with the card.
10. The €50 voucher is redeemable on food only and must be redeemed within 6 months from date issued.
11. Please be advised that the card is valid for 2 years from when it is issued.
Additional Information
12. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
13. Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
14. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
15. Loyalty Cards are not transferable to any other person except for the holder of the card.
16. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
17. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.ventuno.com.mt
18. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.ventuno.com.mt. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
