- Customers will receive one stamp for every €50 spent in a single transaction.

- The loyalty card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

- Stamps are issued on the total bill amount, excluding vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers.

 

- Only one stamp can be earned per transaction, regardless of bill splitting.

- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced and stamps cannot be transferred to a new card.

 

- Loyalty cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.

 

- Rewards are subject to availability and may change at the management’s discretion.

- The loyalty card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

- Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.
